Designed a comprehensive branding and marketing campaign for Vijayawada Utsav 2025, a multi-day cultural festival celebrating heritage, music, food, and community. The project focused on building a consistent visual identity across digital and print platforms to increase awareness, engagement, and attendance.

A comprehensive end-to-end visual communication system was designed to unify the festival’s message across posters, flyers, social media grids, carousels, and mockups.
The solution focused on:
A vibrant color palette inspired by tradition and celebration
Consistent typography (Poppins, Trade Winds) for readability and personality
Story-driven messaging such as “Celebrate Culture. Celebrate Vijayawada.”
Modular layouts adaptable for multiple formats (9-grid posts, carousels, event highlights, announcements, and teasers)
This approach ensured the festival felt grand, welcoming, and culturally rooted, while remaining modern and accessible.
Key Responsibilities

High Information Density
The festival spanned 11 days, multiple events (concerts, parades, food festivals, craft bazaars), and partnerships with government bodies—requiring clear hierarchy without visual clutter.
Consistency Across Formats
Maintaining a unified identity across posters, social media campaigns, banners, and mockups while adapting layouts for different aspect ratios.Balancing Tradition & Modern Appeal
The visuals needed to respect cultural heritage while still appealing to younger, digital-first audiences.Scalability of the Design System
Assets had to support ongoing reveals (theme reveal, artist reveal, opening day, highlights) without redesigning from scratch.
